SeatAble / Hammad Zaidi Company, Inc. operates SeatAbleTix.com and the SeatAble tools. These terms describe use of our information, venue directory, profiles, and visit-planning features. Updated October 6, 2026. Contact: Hello@SeatAbleTix.com.
Venue information and planning
SeatAble helps you explore venue access and plan outings. Research is not a venue endorsement, an on-site inspection, or an accessibility certification. Arrangements can change by event. Confirm important details directly with the venue before purchasing or traveling. Saved plans are not reservations.
Tickets and third-party services
Online ticket options on our website are coming soon. SeatAble does not currently issue tickets, reserve seats, collect ticket payments, or handle ticket refunds. Contact the seller identified in your order confirmation about an existing ticket purchase. A venue listing does not establish a partnership. If commission-based links are introduced, we will disclose the relationship near those links.
Profiles and acceptable use
Provide information and images you have the right to use. Profiles are saved locally in your browser and are not publicly discoverable. Do not impersonate others, harass fans, submit knowingly false information, infringe rights, or interfere with security. Do not put medical documents, private contact details, or information about other people into profile fields.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You authorize us to store and display it as needed for the features and sharing choices you use. This permission does not authorize public disclosure of private support messages. You may edit or delete your profile through My Profile. Account deletion does not delete downloaded copies held by you or others.
Intellectual property
SeatAble’s original branding, content, and software are protected by applicable law. Other organizations’ materials remain their property. Do not misrepresent an affiliation or copy protected materials beyond permission or applicable law.
Privacy, accessibility, and availability
Our Privacy Policy explains information practices. We welcome accessibility feedback by email; medical documentation is not required. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every venue detail remains current. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
