Use keyboard navigation, labeled search fields, a skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators, and text-based venue guides. Accessibility options offer light appearance, larger text, higher contrast, more text spacing, highlighted links, less motion, and Audio Assistance with adjustable speed. Audio starts only when requested. Essential information remains available as text. Your device’s screen reader and browser zoom can also be used.

Known limitations and ongoing work

The website includes third-party video, chat, sign-in, and embedded tools, whose accessibility may vary. The website video needs a separate caption and transcript review. Profiles, photos, avatars, and saved visit plans stay in this browser and do not require sign-in. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or established full WCAG conformance.

Help and improvements

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidance. We welcome reports about keyboard access, screen-reader behavior, readability, captions, sensory comfort, or mobile use. Contact us for help when a feature creates a barrier.
