Browsing, searches, and local preferences
Venue searches are matched in your browser against the supplied venue directory. Visit plans, accessibility preferences, and display settings are saved in that browser’s local storage where available. These settings are not automatically sent to a venue or ticket seller and do not automatically synchronize across devices. Browser settings can clear local storage. The site does not request precise device location for venue search.
Support and technical information
If you contact us by email or the website’s chat, we and the relevant service providers process the messages and information you provide. Hosting, authentication, security, chat, and embedded-media services may process IP addresses, browser information, cookies, request times, and logs. The WordPress website includes Vimeo video and ChatSupport chat. The embedded SeatAble tools are hosted through OpenAI Sites. These services have their own privacy practices; avoid sending unnecessary medical or financial information in support messages.
How information is used and disclosed
We use information to provide requested features, respond to questions, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. Service providers process information for hosting, sign-in, storage, media, and support. Fan discovery is not currently available in the public interface. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Our current website does not offer ticket checkout or collect ticket-payment details.
Cookies, embeds, and read-aloud
The WordPress website and third-party embeds may use cookies or similar storage. Use the website’s cookie-choice control where available, and your browser settings to manage cookies and site storage. The embedded tools can use their own sign-in cookies and local storage. Read-aloud uses your browser or device’s speech service; that service’s processing depends on your browser and selected voice. We do not claim that every third-party technology is blocked by one cookie choice.
Profile storage
Your profile and optional photo, uploaded logo, or chosen avatar are saved in this browser only. They are not published or synced across devices. Delete your profile or clear browser storage to remove them. See data deletion instructions.
Email choices
Browsing does not enroll you in email updates. If we introduce a subscriber service, we will request a separate opt-in and provide an unsubscribe method.
Retention, deletion, and security
We keep records as needed for their purpose and applicable obligations. Local visit plans and preferences remain in your browser until cleared. Deletion does not remove your ChatGPT account, downloaded copies, or backups retained by hosting services. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your requests and children’s information
Contact Hello@SeatAbleTix.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information held by SeatAble. We may verify identity and apply legally permitted exceptions. Other privacy rights depend on applicable law. Parents or guardians who believe a child has submitted personal information can contact us for review and deletion where appropriate.
Changes
We will update this policy as features and data practices change and provide additional notice or choices where required. New ticket relationships, tracking, or integrations will require corresponding disclosures.
